At Tandem Drums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
